Equal Beats Lunch: Paving the Way for Gender Equality

A major highlight this year is the official launch of Equal Beats, AlphaTheta’s exciting new initiative to foster gender parity in the music space. This exclusive community lunch on Day One of the summit celebrates non-male talent and offers a safe, empowering environment for connection, exchange, and conversation on how to build a more representative and equitable industry.

The Art of Areté: Wellness for Creatives

AlphaTheta is also championing wellbeing with The Art of Areté, a holistic wellness program designed to support the minds and bodies of those working in music. The schedule includes morning walks and runs, yoga, meditation, breathwork activations, and a smoothie bar — as well as deep discussions on neuroscience, hormone health, burnout, psychedelics, and the therapeutic potential of movement and music.

Key highlights include:

• ANNA and Deer Jade in “Higher States of Consciousness,” exploring the link between sound, spirituality, and self-mastery.

• Patrick Mason and choreographer Cecilia Bengolea in “Stand on the Rim of the Volcano – And Do Your Dance,” reflecting on performance, movement, and mental health.

• Industry icons like Bushwacka and Pete Tong in “Never Too Late: Reinvention in the Music Business.”

Bridges For Music: IMS Ibiza Cycle Challenge

Returning once again, the IMS Ibiza Cycle Challenge is a fundraising event for Bridges for Music, a nonprofit that empowers young artists from underserved communities in South Africa. Supported by AlphaTheta, participants will ride through Ibiza’s breathtaking scenery in either a 60km or 100km route — all for a great cause.

Production Meets Performance: AlphaTheta Workshop

On Day Two, Sam Shepherd from AlphaTheta EMEA’s Product Planning team will lead a live Blending Production and DJing Workshop, building a track on music production gear, transitioning it into a CDJ performance, and looping it back to live production. Throughout the summit, the AlphaTheta team will be on-hand in the Tech Zone to answer questions and offer demos of the latest DJ gear.

We Become One: The Power of Music to Unite

AlphaTheta’s acclaimed short film “We Become One” will be the focus of a powerful discussion moderated by Executive Producer Dan Tait, featuring:
